I am writing on behalf of my Travel Group, as we all wanted to say how much we enjoyed staying in your hotel. The rooms were very comfortable - clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the food very much - a splendid amount of choice and beautifully cooked and served. We would also like to thank the young lady and gentleman who looked after us so well at the table and thet were always cheerful and professional. We had a really good holiday, so many thanks to all your staff. With best wishes!

Just had to put pen to paper to say a very big thank you for spending such a wonderful Christmas in the Grosvenor Hotel. We have stayed many times in the Grosvenor but have never been away for Christmas. What a lovely welcome and friendly place to stay especially at Christmas. Thank you for the Christmas gifts. Your kitchen staff did us all proud, the food was outstanding and as always, the waitresses and other members of staff were first class. So a very special thank you to you all for making our first Christmas away from home so warm and friendly. We wish you all a very Happy New Year.

My sister and I stayed with you and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The meals, accommodation and entertainment were excellent. A special thank you to Mark who looked after us in the Dining Room, nothing was too much trouble. Hope to see you again soon.
