Just had to put pen to paper to say a very big thank you for spending such a wonderful Christmas in the Grosvenor Hotel. We have stayed many times in the Grosvenor but have never been away for Christmas. What a lovely welcome and friendly place to stay especially at Christmas. Thank you for the Christmas gifts. Your kitchen staff did us all proud, the food was outstanding and as always, the waitresses and other members of staff were first class. So a very special thank you to you all for making our first Christmas away from home so warm and friendly. We wish you all a very Happy New Year.
