Payment of the Balance of the Holiday

Your balance is payable on arrival. Payment can be made by cash, cheque payable to ' Grosvenor Hotel' or credit/debit card (Mastercard/Visa/Amex/Switch)an lang=EN-GB style='font-size:10.0pt; color:#A6A6A6;mso-themecolor:background1;mso-themeshade:166;mso-ansi-language: EN-GB'> 

 

Single Rooms

There is ample off-road private car parking in front of the hotel. However, the hotel and/or its owners or staff will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever.

 

Bedrooms

There are a number of 'superior' bedrooms (3 star standard) available at a premium cost - includes trouser press and hair dryer. Please ask for details..

 

Meals

Meals are based on Table d'Hote menus. There are no deductions for meals or courses not taken.Security

Please leave your key at reception whilst you are off the premises. The front door will not be locked until 11.30 pm or until all room keys have been picked-up, providing that you have informed reception of your intention to be out after 11.30 pm.

 

Lift

The Hotel has a lift to 80% of bedrooms. Please advise when booking if you are unable to climb stairs.

 

Incidentals

Any extra charges incurred during your stay, such as drinks, wine and telephone calls will be accounted for and settlement must be made in full before departure.

 

No Smoking

By law there is NO SMOKING within the hotel. Automatic Heat and Smoke detectors and self closing doors are installed throughout the premises.

Special Requests

Please advise when booking if you have any special requests (e.g. Special Diet, Diabetes etc). Although we will do our utmost to satisfy your requests, the Hotel cannot guarantee to do so.

 

Complaints

Any cause for dissatisfaction must be taken up with the Hotel Management. If you still remain dissatisfied, any complaint must be made in writing to Mr Wells at Grosvenor Hotel, Ilfracombe within 10 days of return.

 

Price Differentials

We reserve to promote Special Offers at a reduced price on any of our holidays. This in no way affects the contract price between other customers and the Grosvenor Hotel. All Holiday Bookings will stand at their agreed rate at the time of booking.

 

Brochure and Web Accuracy

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information contained in all of our publicity material. However Grosvenor Hotel will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions what so ever. Also Grosvenor Hotel reserves the right to vary, cancel or amend arrangements without liability to the customer. 

 

Prices

Prices shown are per person and include VAT at the current standard rate.

 

Holiday Cancellations

Holiday Cancellation Insurance is strongly advised for all our guests. Your holiday deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable. If you cancel, you will still remain liable for the balance of your hotel bill. If you are insured, the Company will pay the balance of the insurance for you.

 

Sundry Information

The Grosvenor Hotel is fully licensed and is covered under the Hotel Proprietors Act with full Public Liability cover.
